Since graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in 1984 I've perfected the field of baking and honed my artistic skills so you can have the perfect cake on your perfect day!
I've come a long way from New York and spent countless hours in hotel and restaurant bakeshops. Signature Sweets is the fruit of all that labor. We feature local flavors blended with European traditions and ingredients to create cakes worth remembering a lifetime.
