Chef's intro


Why does a website featuring fine pastries also offer catering? The answer is simple. Chef James went to the World's premiere cooking college to learn to cook. Did we mention he also opened his first restaurant in 2001 called "Jimmy's Lakeside Bakery Cafe"? James has worked with world famous chef's like Paul Bocuse, Roy Yamaguchi and Sam Choy.
Cooking has remained a passion even though he has focused on pastries since moving to The Islands. The menues are eclectic but have been "simmered down" to all favorites.
